  Submitting Your Family Applications
(Posting to the Choctaw Nation Site OKGenWeb)

Applications that are already online: 

In subject line of email Please put "Choctaw Applications"

Send me the name of the applicant and the url where application is posted and submitters name and email address, this will be posted with application so that you can be contacted for possible family connections. I will add the name to index and link to the application.

Applications are not posted online:

Transcribe the information and save it as txt or doc type file, the file must be txt or doc type file.  

These can be sent to me as an attachment to email the county coordinator.

To Email Application:

1.  In subject line Please put “Choctaw Application”
2.  In body of email Please be sure to give your name and email address, this will be posted with application so that you can be contacted for possible family connections.
3.  Don’t forget to add the txt or doc file of the application.
